ERNIE PHILIP

President

Ernie joined Medline in 2017. As President of Medline Canada, he has built a strong management team and business culture to accelerate Medline Canada's growth rate, both organically and through successful acquisitions. Ernie led the integration of Medical Mart and the acquisitions of Dufort et Lavigne in 2018 and Médi-Sélect in 2020.

Ernie is passionate about building a great company that has a purpose around improving the lives of Canadians. To that end, and to service Medline Canada customers well, Ernie and his team are creating an empowered, accountable and outcome-based culture, underpinned by the company's CARES values – Customer Focused, Accountable, Respectful, Efficient and Strength of our People.

Before joining Medline, Ernie spent seventeen years at Xerox Canada, most recently as Senior Vice President of Services. Ernie holds an Honours Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, and has served on several boards.

ANTOINETTE TRIUMBARI

VP, Finance

Antoinette joined Medline Canada in 2018 as Vice President of Finance. She is a strategic leader focused on growth strategy and sound financial governance. She has developed a financial infrastructure that allows the organization to scale, including assessing, acquiring and integrating companies. She leads the day-to-day financial operations, including reporting, financial planning, cash and asset management and governance. In 2020, Antoinette's role expanded to include Human Resources.

Antoinette brings over 20 years of experience in strategic finance and business operations, including several leadership positions at Xerox Canada, where she acquired expertise in deal pricing and contracting, forecasting and monthly close processes. Antoinette is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and is Lean Six Sigma certified.

DAVE FORTE

SVP Sales - LTC & PC

In 2016, Dave Forte joined Medline Canada as part of the acquisition of Medical Mart, where he led the long-term and primary care businesses. Dave continues to lead the sales and development of these channels and has continued to grow Medline’s market share across these areas of the market in Canada. Dave has been in the healthcare industry for more than 25 years, holding senior positions in strategic business planning, sales and marketing, including his role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Futuremed Healthcare.

DIANA GAZDAR

VP, Marketing & Consumer Channels

Diana joined Medline Canada in 2018 to develop the emerging retail and home healthcare sales channels, focused on consumer healthcare products. In 2020, Diana's responsibilities expanded to lead the marketing and communication strategy and to develop markets across digital platforms to drive market share and revenue growth.

Diana has 20 years of strategic planning, sales and marketing experience in North America. Before joining Medline Canada, Diana was the Director of Xerox Canada's Communication and Marketing Services business, driving business growth from $5M to $80M in five years. Diana attended Northern Illinois University, majoring in Political Science and History. She holds certificates in Digital Marketing from the Canadian Marketing Association and in Corporate Communication and Negotiations Mastery from Cornell University.

KAVEH RAZZAGHI

Chief Operating Officer

Kaveh joined Medline in 2018 as Senior Vice President, Commercial Excellence, and became Chief Operating Officer in 2021. Kaveh is responsible for all back-office operations to support customer experience: Inventory Management, IT, Customer Service, Project Management Office, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs and Warehouse Operations and Logistics. As Medline Canada integrates new acquisitions, Kaveh and his team lead systems integration and supply chain and warehouse optimization.

Before joining Medline, Kaveh served in several senior operational and sales management roles at Xerox Canada, including leading the Shared Services and Business innovation teams. He holds an Engineering degree from McMaster University.

SCOTT MACNAIR

VP Sales - Acute Care & Skin Health 

Scott MacNair is VP Sales (Acute Care and Skin Health) at Medline Canada, Corporation, responsible for supporting acute care customers with the challenges facing hospitals, such as continued surgical backlogs, resource constraints, staff fatigue, escalating healthcare costs, supply chain disruptions and the need for sustainable practices. Prior to his current role, Scott was Medline Canada’s VP Healthcare Solutions.

Before joining Medline, Scott was EVP Business Operations at British Columbia’s Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) where he, along with health system partners, set up an effective supply chain that sustained the flow of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and medical supplies to British Columbia’s healthcare workers during the pandemic. Scott was instrumental in modernizing the provincial healthcare supply chain further by redefining the governance model with regional health authorities.

Prior to his time at PHSA, Scott spent 20 years between Boston Scientific and Stryker Canada in various leadership positions in sales, marketing, business development and general management, focused on building relationships with customers and aligning commercial resources to best serve customers and patients.
